Cespedes,Quads, and Golf

I was listening to Boomer and Carton earlier today because I was at work and had to listen to terrestrial radio(which I hate) and they were mentioning that Cespedes while not playing in games is playing golf everyday. He we go again.

Last season during playoff run, wasn't someone playing golf and hurt his shoulder? I get it. Yo loves golf. But doesn't swing a club also put torque on your body? You are using your hips, bending your knees and using your legs to drive the ball(along with the rest of your body). Won't that mess with trying to heal his injured quad? Could it make it worse? Anyone on the Mets worried about this if it's true?

I know. I know. Cespedes is an adult and can make his own decisions about how his body is feeling. Does Cespedes always make the right decisions in that regard? I don't know.

Golf nuts, doctors, physical therapists, or any medical personal who know better then me, please feel free to help explain if this will be a detriment to his quad's health.
