METS ANNOUNCE RETURN OF POPULAR “RUNS = $AVINGS” PROMOTION
FLUSHING, N.Y., May 12, 2017 - The New York Mets today announced the return of the popular “Runs = $avings” promotion starting today when the Mets visit the Milwaukee Brewers and Arizona Diamondbacks May 12-17. For each run scored by the Mets during the six games on the road trip, fans will save $1 off tickets for select seats during the next homestand May 19-25 when the Mets host the Los Angeles Angels and San Diego Padres at Citi Field.
The Mets have averaged just over 5 runs per game in their 33 games this season. The more runs the Mets score, the greater savings for fans. For example, if the Mets score 30 runs over the course of the six games, fans will save $30 off select seats.
Tickets for this promotion will go on sale approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of Wednesday afternoon’s game at Arizona on May 17 at mets.com/runs.
The offer is good for the home games between May 19 and May 25. Tickets for this promotion will be located in Baseline Box and Bud Light Landing seating only and are available while supplies last.
Tune into SNY and PIX 11 throughout the trip to see how much you can save.
