HOME RUN RECORD: The Mets have hit 46 home runs this month, the most the club has ever hit in any calendar month...The previous mark for any month was 45 home runs set in August, 2015 and matched in August, 2016...The previous club record for home runs in June was 40, established in 2006...Jay Bruce leads the team with eight home runs this month, Curtis Granderson is second with six and Lucas Duda is third with five.

ROAD HOMERS: The Mets have hit at least one home run in 31 of their 35 road games this year...The Mets have 68 home runs on the road, the most in the majors...New York hit a franchise record 106 home runs on the road last year.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK: The Mets lead the majors with 46 home runs this month while the Yankees lead the American League and are tied for second in the majors with 44 homers in June...According to Elias Sports Bureau, the last time two New York teams were 1-2 (in either order) in the majors in home runs in a month was June, 1989 (Mets-32 home runs, Yankees-31).

HOME RUN NOTES: New York has five games this year with four or more home runs, including Sunday...That total is tied for the second- most in the NL with the Cardinals...The Dodgers have seven games this year with four or more home runs...The Mets have 27 homers in their last 14 games...Overall, the Mets have 114 home runs, the second-most in the NL and the fifth-most in the majors.

LEADOFF HISTORY: Granderson's leadoff home run Thursday was his 20th as a member of the Mets, the most in franchise history, one more than José Reyes...He has 44 career leadoff home runs, tied with Ian Kinsler for the most among active players.

GRAND: Granderson is hitting .333 (20-60) with three doubles, one triple, six home runs, 10 RBI and 13 runs scored in 22 games this month...He has a .468 on-base percentage in June... Granderson has three homers in his last five games and multi- hits in four of those games...He has scored at least one run in five straight games (seven total runs).

SELECT GROUP: Granderson is one double away from 300 for his career...He hit his 300th home run on June 14...Only seven active players have 300 doubles and 300 homers (Adrian Beltre, Carlos Beltrán, Miguel Cabrera, Edwin Encarnacion, Adrián González, Matt Holliday and Albert Pujols).

WILMER FLORES: Is batting .329 (50-152) with five homers and 21 RBI since May 1 (45 games)...Flores has multi-hit games in his last three contests.

YOENIS CÉSPEDES: Is hitting .375 (18-48) with four doubles, three home runs and nine RBI in 14 games since returning from the DL on June 10...Céspedes has nine home runs in 111 at-bats this season...Seven of his nine homers have come on the road.

YO IN MIAMI: Céspedes has scored 20 runs and driven in 17 runs while belting five home runs and hitting .318 (27-85) in 21 career games at Marlins Park.

ASDRÚBAL CABRERA: Has a .588 on-base percentage and a .500 (7-14) batting average with one double, three walks and four runs scored since returning from the Disabled List on June 23.

JAY BRUCE: Has eight home runs, 17 RBI and is hitting .315 (28- 89) in June...Bruce's eight home runs this month are tied 
for the third-most in the NL and tied for the seventh-most in the majors... Cody Bellinger is first with 13...Overall, Bruce is tied for second in the NL and tied for fifth in the majors with 20 homers...He has 52 RBI, ranking 13th in the NL.

20 HRS PRIOR TO THE BREAK: Bruce became the 12th player in team history to hit 20 or more home runs prior to the All-Star break (it's now happened 17 times)...Yoenis Céspedes did it last year with 21 first-half homers.

REYES RECORDS: José Reyes has 1,416 hits as a Met, the third- most in franchise history...Ed Kranepool is second with 1,418 hits...Reyes is two stolen bases of 500 for his career...He would become the 39th player in major league history with 500 or more stolen bases.

LUCAS DUDA: Moved into sole possession of ninth place on the Mets all-time home run list with his 121st home run Friday at San Francisco...He passed Edgardo Alfonzo...Kevin McReynolds is eighth on the list with 122 homers...Over his last 12 games, Duda has a .404 on-base percentage with eight walks, five doubles, three home runs and seven RBI.

MINOR AWARDS: First baseman Peter Alonso was named the Florida State League Player of the Week for the week of June 19-25...Alonso hit .414 (12-29) with three home runs, six doubles, 14 RBI and nine runs scored...Alonso was the Mets second-round pick in the 2016 draft from University of Florida...LHP Thomas Szapucki was named South Atlantic League Pitcher of the Week for the week of June 19-25...He struck out 10 batters in his start on June 25 against Kannapolis...Szapucki allowed two hits over 6.0 shutout innings...He has 110 strikeouts and 27 walks over three minor league seasons with the Mets.
