The Hearth & Tap Golf Classic on Monday, September 11th, 2017




Please join us for the The Hearth & Tap Golf Classic on Monday, September 11th, 2017. Take part in this year's golf tournament to benefit Eric Ayala Charity.  
By sponsoring this event, you’ll be supporting the foundation that bears Eric Ayala’s name. He was a three-sport Emerson High School Athlete who died on May 8th 2000 at the age of 23, six years after he graduated from Emerson Junior-Senior High School—only four months after he was diagnosed with acute lymphatic leukemia. The foundation provides scholarships and help to those who are ill or in need.
Our event will feature a great day of golf and many other activities including a putting contest, hole-in-one contest, closest to the pin and team prizes. This is a perfect way to entertain clients and meet new friends in an exciting and fun setting.

EVENT AGENDA

  • 11:00am – Brunch at Hearth & Tap Co. (courtesy Shuttle provided to golf course every 20 mins.) 
  • 11:30am until Tee Off - Registration at BHGC.  Golfers will receive a gift and welcome cocktail.
  • 11:30am until Tee Off - Putting Contest.
  • 1:00pm - Shotgun Start (roving Cigar, Beer & Beverage cart on course - not included).
  • 5:30pm (approx.) Players return to Hearth & Tap Co. for Happy Hour (sponsored by Vodka 6100), Raw Bar, Cocktails & Beer Tasting by Blue Point Brewery.
  • 7:00pm - Four Course Dinner with 3 Hour Open Bar (included In tournament fee). For additional non-golfing guests, cost is $100.
  • 8:00pm – Presentation of Golf Awards and Raffles.
  • Courtesy Shuttle will be available (inquire with manager for details).
