I've been to concerts there and sat in the upper section and I hate heights. Sitting up there I just never felt sure of my footing and when trying to walk out of a row have even came close to losing my footing(and I was sober). I can't imagine how hard it would be for a person who had a few adult drinks to navigate the row.
