We usually make noise about honoring the first responders of 9/11 and the fact that the MLB won’t let the Mets wear the caps because of licensing with New Era. Looks like New Era has the license for the NYPD And FDNY.
I don’t know about the licensing for the other Agencies in NY/NJ but I see this could make it easier for the Mets to honor those First Responders next season at Citi Field.
