Brandon Nimmo Talks Mets Outfield

The Mets hosted their annual Holiday party yesterday and the NY Post was able to talk to one of this years QBC guests Brandon Nimmo about where he will be playing in the field this upcoming season

From the NY Post-
“Among the other holes the Mets are looking to fill is an outfield/first base-type. Adding an outfielder on the roster could impact the future of Brandon Nimmo, who hit well in a regular role over the last seven weeks of the regular season.

“I felt like what I did last year in limited playing time, I proved I could play an everyday position in the major leagues,” Nimmo said. “Whether that position is open or not, I can’t control. A lot gets talked about in the offseason. We’ll have to wait til things go through. For me, I felt I did what I needed to do at the end of the year, but I understand this is a business.””
