If you guys watch Brockmire on IFC this season you know that he’s announcing for the NO Crawdaddies. The Babycakes wore the fictional team’s jerseys one night earlier this season.
The New Orleans Baby Cakes are teaming with IFC to present "Brockmire Night" at the Shrine on Tuesday, May 1, and as part of the festivities, the 'Cakes will transform into the New Orleans CrawDaddy's from the hit show.
"Brockmire" stars Hank Azaria as Jim Brockmire, a troubled broadcaster who took a job as the play-by-play voice of the fictional New Orleans CrawDaddy's at the end of the show's first season. The season two premiere airs on IFC on Wednesday, April 25 at 9 p.m.
