NOAH NOTES: Noah Syndergaard has not allowed more than three runs in each of his last 12 starts since surrendering four runs in his Opening Day start...He has allowed one earned run or less in three of his last four starts...Syndergaard reached his 500th strikeout in his last start on July 20 at Yankee Stadium, becoming the fastest to reach the mark in franchise history by innings pitched (437.1 innings)...Dwight Gooden is now second having reached 500 strikeouts in 445.1 innings...The Mets are 16-5 in their last 21 games when Syndergaard starts after a team loss.
