Familia in unfamiliar territory.

Familia is having a rough  ass season so far. Where are the Mets pitching gurus who can fix him? Don't the Mets have two highly touted Pitching coaches(one is the manager) that can turn him around? If they can't fix their pitchers what good are they?

From the NY POST
“Everything looked the same for me,” Familia said. “I know I am not having the season that I want to have, but every time I go out there I am trying to make my pitch and get my job done, so there is nothing I can do.”

In his Saturday appearance, Familia allowed three earned runs over two-thirds of an inning. He and Robert Gsellman squandered a four-run lead in a game the Mets lost in extra innings.

The right-hander, who is 2-0 with a 6.56 ERA in 24 appearances this season, has played a role in the Mets’ last two bullpen meltdowns: On Wednesday he allowed a homer to Corey Seager as part of the Dodgers’ comeback that culminated with four runs scored against Edwin Diaz in a walk-off loss.
