I am not a fan of Fanatics. They are company with one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. I once ordered a David Wright Japanese Jersey that was over $300 and they sent me a woman's college T shirt. It took 6 months for me to get my refund. My mom thought she was doing a cool thing for Christmas one year and bought me a jacket from there. The jacket's sizing was off and we sent it back to exchange it. Four months it took to come back for an exchange. I ordered two jerseys from them during the 2015 post season, and they weren't going to be delivered until after the World Series was over. I didn't get my refund until 2016. They bought Majestic, they made deals with MLB/Under Armor, NHL/Adidas to make Fanatics fan branded jerseys and now they are merging their autograph devision with Steiner? This isn't going to end well.
I am glad to see that I am not the only one that thinks they are a company who gives zero fucks about their customers.
