@Mets, can you extend this invite to Jeff Wilpon?

Hey Mets, can you pass this along to Jeff Wilpon? I would appreciate it.

Good Morning/Afternoon Jeff.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Keith and I am a half season plan holder as well as have tickets with the T7LA in the Big Apple Reserve. I am also co-founder and co-owner of the Queens Baseball Convention. This fan fest was brought about by the love of a few fans of that team you own in Flushing. Because I love the team and also respect my fellow Mets fans, I have a proposition for you. We can have a special one off Panel/Q&A QBC with you just like we did with Keith Hernandez recently. I think this would be a good way for you to connect to the fans. Some like you, some hate you and some are indifferent about you. But they all love the Mets. I really do think you could help the Mets brand and your personal brand if you came out and did this. Maybe we can work something out that money raised by this event is given to the Mets Foundation or another charity of your choice. I can promise you that you would have a moderator that wouldn't try to skewer you like one of these tabloid news shows that are trying to grab ratings and get you fired up. I think fans want to get to know Jeff Wilpon and what is going on with the team behind the scenes. I know I am curious about the Jeff Wilpon thats does great things with the minor league teams that are Mets properties. But I also want to know why the team seems so snake bit at times. If you don't want live questions from the crowd, we can have them tweet or email them to us and we can ask them to you. We won't give you softball questions but we aren't going to battle you where we become uncivil with them either. You want to bring Brody, Mickey, or any of the PR folks with you, you can. We have no problem with that at all. The more the merrier.

Give it a thought Jeff. We'd love to have you. I can be reached at mediagoon@gmail.com if you want to put this together with us.

Thanks

Keith B.
