METS-MARLINS SUSPENDED TODAY

Suspended Game Rescheduled as First Game of Separate Admission Doubleheader

Tuesday, August 31 at 1:10 P.M.

 

FLUSHING, N.Y., April 11, 2021 – The New York Mets have announced that this afternoon’s game against the Miami Marlins has been suspended due to rain. It will resume as the first game of a separate admission doubleheader on Tuesday, August 31 at 1:10 p.m. The game regularly scheduled for Tuesday, August 31 will start at 7:10 p.m. Game one will be a nine-inning game, while the night game will last seven innings. Tickets for today’s game will NOT be valid for admission to the August 31 doubleheader.

 

Fans with tickets and parking passes to today's postponed game will automatically receive a credit in their “My Mets Tickets” account in the amount of the face value of their paid ticket and parking pass for today’s game. Fans can apply the credit value of today's tickets and parking pass toward the purchase of a ticket to any 2021 regular season Mets home game (excluding the September 10-12 Subway Series vs. Yankees) or to any 2022 regular season home game played on or before April 11, 2022 (excluding 2022 Opening Day), subject to availability.  If such an exchange is made for a higher priced ticket, the credit will be applied toward the price of the higher priced ticket.

 

Complimentary tickets to today’s game and those marked "NO RAINCHECK" have no value and do not constitute a rain check.
