Promotions Include Mask Giveaway and Three-Quarter Sleeve Baseball Shirts for All Fans Attending April Weekend Games
FLUSHING, N.Y., April 1, 2021 – The New York Mets today announced that a limited number of single-game tickets for April games at Citi Field will go on sale to the general public this Saturday, April 3 at 10 a.m. at Mets.com/Tickets.
The available inventory includes all 12 home games impacted by the New York State-prescribed capacity mandate. Citi Field will initially operate at 20 percent of its full capacity (capped at 8,492 seats). The Mets will host the Miami Marlins (April 8, 10, 11), Philadelphia Phillies (April 12-15), Washington Nationals (April 23-25), and Boston Red Sox (April 27-28).
Seat locations will be sold in pods ranging in size from one to six seats, with guests from the same household/purchase group in the same pod. Each seating pod is socially distanced at least six feet apart from other pods. All tickets will be delivered via mobile utilizing the MLB Ballpark app. Print-at-home and paper ticket options will no longer be made available.
The Mets will distribute Mets-themed masks to all attendees to weekend games against the Marlins (April 10-11); and, for the first time, give away a three-quarter sleeve baseball shirt to all fans for the April 23-25 weekend series against the Nationals.
