It is missing the "Have had Vaccine" part of the questions. Also some folks seem confused if they can just bring their printed test results.

Usually Clear Ballpark is just a way to be able to get into games faster.

This one made me laugh. I guess they don't air travel or haven't been to Citi Field before the pandemic.
