What do the Mets mean when they say Box Office is open at 10 am Monday?

I don't get why the Citi Field Box Office is open April 5 at 10 am. Does that mean just the Box Office phone center being opened at 10 am on Monday? Was it closed because of Easter weekend? Or do they mean the physical box office is going to be open? How can the physical box open be open if there are no printed tickets anymore and you have to use a smartphone to get into the game? Also, what do you do when your phone dies out and you want to go back to your seat? Are the Mets using the Ticket Takers at the front gates that scan the phone to give out those printed "tickets" again? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of the no contact tickets? Are there going to be fees for the tickets? Why?

What also happens to the folks who worked the ticket booths? Are they trained for a different job?

So many unanswered questions.
