Complaints from Fans about Citi Field

Usually by this time of year I get emails from folks that have issues with how the staff in the box office, parking, concessions, or security is acting towards the fans. I have gotten very few of these this year. That’s makes me happy. I hate having to bring issues up to the attention to the people I know at the ballpark and I am so glad that it seems, at least to me, the organizers is on the right track now.
