This should be an easy layup today for across Seaver Way. You know where it’s not NYC Parkland. I wonder what the 80,000 square feet of retail space is going to look like.
Maybe Mr Cohen can inquire about putting the casino over there even though I think personally that a casino shouldn’t be that close to a school:
